Delivery of automation systems

EL PAK offers complex service of automation systems for various types of devices and installations, including power engineering equipment.

Using equipment of such companies as Emerson, Siemens or ABB, we ensure the full control of devices and technological lines, as well as diagnosis of possible damage, resulting from deteriorating of the equipment condition.

We execute:

  • prefabrication and assembly of cabinets and junk-boxes, based on products of companies such as: RITTAL, ZPAS, GE,
  • prefabrication and assembly of instrumentation stands,
  • selection of elements and assembly of cabling and cable routes,
  • assembly of impulse routes and cables,
  • selection and assembly of compressed air installation elements using new system of piping,
  • check of the equipment before assembly,
  • selection and assembly of measuring equipment,
  • assembly of actuators,
  • functional tests and start-up of measurement and control systems.

Integration and upgrade of digital control systems

EL PAK specializes in integration of various control systems onto one properly working “body”.

As a Gold Partner of ASTOR Company we offer:

  • Full range of control and GE Fanuc software systems (beginning with the smallest PLC controllers, through the newest PAC controllers, and up to systems of DCS class – Proficy Process Systems),
  • Computer stations based on Wonderware software (from HMI visualization, through SCADA and geoSCADA systems, up to MES/EMI production management systems),
  • Monitoring and wireless transmissions, as well as industrial structural networks

We are also ready to execute control systems on the basis of other suppliers:

  • Emerson – OVATION and DeltaV systems
  • Siemens – S7 controllers, WIN CC visualization software, PCS7 system, T3000 system
  • ABB – PROCONTROL P.

We have experience in implementing Distributed Control System (DCS) based on ETHERNET, Profibus, Genius or LonWorks data buses.

For any technological processes, we are able to elaborate and execute digital system of control, automation and visualization, which provides full control over the process and equipment condition.

Supply of gas analysis systems

 We perform supply and assembly of gas analysis system – either for technological use (combustion process control) or for the purpose of environmental protection. Our analyzing systems (using equipment of such companies as SICK, MAIHAK, Siemens) are fully automated units, controlled by specially prepared PLC controllers.

We offer building of the system in difficult industrial conditions and in open air (specialized measurement containers)

Our measurement systems cooperate with computer systems of supervision and emission settlement (e.g. MIKROS), master automation systems and ERP systems.
