Accredited Monitoring of gas and dust pollution’ emission

Monitoring of gas and dust pollution’ emission in the exhaust gases from stationary sources are performed by Measurement and Diagnostics Department, which has

laboratory accreditation certificate  No. AB 1008 regarding:

  • gas flow rate measurement;
  • sampling for determining the concentration of dust;
  • concentrations test of SO2, NO, CO and dust;
  • mass flow measurement of SO2, NOx, CO and dust.

The measurements are performed using portable equipment fulfilling all the requirements of the Ministry of Environment of Nov 04, 2008 relating to “requirements in scope of measurements of emission and drawn water quantity” (Dz. U. 2008 nr 206 poz. 1291).

Testing is performed in order to:

  • determine the concentrations (emission) of gas and dust pollution for environmental protection (complying with relevant standards)
  • calibration of emission measurements’ equipment
