Specialized measurements and technical diagnostics

In order to ensure the correct evaluation of technical condition of the exploited equipment and devices, it is essential to have detailed knowledge about life cycle of a particular device.

• monitoring of heat emission (using thermo-vision or standard methods)
• measurement of emission quantity and composition of gas and dust pollution
• monitoring of pressure and temperature changes
• monitoring of flow
• leak tests of vacuum and pressure systems
• flue gas analyses for optimization of combustion in boilers
• checks of operational indications of industrial flue gas analyzers
• measurement and setting of burners’ nozzles in power boilers
• measurement and setting of air speed from boiler burners
• thermographic testing of electrical heating and building devices

ELPAK SP. z o.o. has the certificate of Polish Accreditation Centre no. AB 1008 in scope of executing emission tests of gas and dust pollution.
