Trace heating technology

Our Company offers designing, execution and service of installations of trace heating systems.

Trace heating of long pipelines, huge surfaces or complicated elements often has to deal with various types of barriers like technology or costs.

Our fields there are special and prototype installations, wherever the widely available technologies fail. We provide solutions for industrial plants, power engineering, construction industry and transport.

In scope of electrical trace heating system for railway trucks we have got the protection of intellectual property of Polish Patent Office (no. 379815).

Trace heating systems in power industry

Offered heating installations (in low temperatures) protect technological installations against freezing or undesirable decrease of medium temperature in pipelines or tanks and protect ash removal installations against condensation of moisture.

Trace heating systems providing transport of coal to power plants

In mass transport of coal to power plant, there are used electrical trace’ heating systems, protecting against freezing up the coal to wagon transport surfaces.
On the drawing below there is four-axis wagon of V type used to transport coal, sand, iron/copper ore and other composites.

Systems protecting against freezing up the coal in transfer towers

There is often the necessity to use the heating installation components that can work in hazardous areas. Protected transfer system (as showed below) work reliably, without causing any additional hazards. EL PAK offers deliveries of heating installation working in hazardous areas.

In power stations there is created a number of new desulphurization and ash removing installations. EL PAK delivers heating installation, providing proper work of these systems.
